The Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a supportive public health service in regional Victoria. This role focuses on delivering high-quality community care, working with clients in their own homes to maximise independence, safety and wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with clients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to provide practical, person-centred solutions and meaningful clinical outcomes.
This position offers stability, flexibility, and the option of a 6-month contract or permanent employment.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
Predominantly community home-visit clients
Frail aged and clients living with disability
A mix of clinical presentations across HACC PYP, CHSP and minimal (if any) NDIS
Care planning, functional assessments and equipment prescription
Support from Allied Health Assistants for therapy programs and equipment trials
Salary up to $103,724 + super + salary packaging

Work laptop and smartphone with hotspot capabilities
