Physiotherapist

The Role

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a supportive public health service in regional Victoria. This role focuses on delivering high-quality community care, working with clients in their own homes to maximise independence, safety and wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with clients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to provide practical, person-centred solutions and meaningful clinical outcomes.

This position offers stability, flexibility, and the option of a 6-month contract or permanent employment.

Caseload

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Predominantly community home-visit clients

• Frail aged and clients living with disability

• A mix of clinical presentations across HACC PYP, CHSP and minimal (if any) NDIS

• Care planning, functional assessments and equipment prescription

• Support from Allied Health Assistants for therapy programs and equipment trials
